1. How much does my group earn?
Teachers/groups receive 50% of the subscription revenue from consumers who order using the Teacher ID. Sales taxes will be added to the price of the magazines if applicable and do not earn profits for the school. Subscriptions which are not paid or are canceled do not count for school or group earnings.
2. When do I receive payments?
ClassroomFundraiser will mail earnings to the address of record three times per year: on or about November 15, March 1, and June 1 of each year, as long as the amount earned is $25 or more. If it is not $25 or more, the amount is rolled over until the next payment date. Profits owed to customers will not be distributed until they exceed $25.
3. What do I need to do?
After enrolling, you have two major duties. One, let parents and friends know of your drive. Two, be sure the enrollment information is kept up-to-date because payments, etc, are based on this information.
4. Once we enroll, are we active members forever?
Accounts with no activity for a period of 2 or more years will be closed and the profits, if less than $25, may not be distributed to the classroom or youth organization
5. What types of groups can enroll?
A classroom teacher, school, youth, or non-profit organization must receive the profits from the magazines sold on ClassroomFundraiser.com.
6. What is the relationship between ClassroomFundraiser.com and ValueMags.com?
ClassroomFundraiser has contracted with ValueMags.com to implement the order processing and maintain the website.
7. Is the site and the information provided secure?
ValueMags will keep confidential and secure all aspects of the purchasing process. Participants however acknowledge that the name of the classroom teacher and youth organization may be viewed by others online.
8. What are the rules for Faculty Discount?
This discount is only available for school personnel. When purchased using the appropriate promotion code, selected magazines are available to teachers and school staff at a 50% discount. The group or school receives no Earnings on these discounted sales.
9. What magazine titles are participating?
We seek to maintain wide selection of magazine appropriate for the school community. The subscription offers are those authorized by publishers of these magazines.
